The MIBO Turmeric and Black Pepper Tablets are packed with twice the goodness, owing to this comnbination of two simple yet nutritious ingredients. Curcuminoids are the active plant compounds found in turmeric and make up 2-6% of it in total.
Curcumin is the main curcuminoid and has been identified as its most important active ingredient. It is a naturally occuring anti-inflammatory agent, supported by the Black Pepper extract which is 96.8% Piperine for maximum absorption and utilisation within the body. Research has hown that Piperine can dramatically increase the absorption of Curcumin by up to 2,000. As a food supplement for adults, take 1 tablet up to 2 times a day, preferably at mealtime or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the stated dose.
